Pastor Al leads a men's Bible study and accountability group each Thursday from 10 AM until noon. They meet at Temple Baptist church, 3030 Thatcher BLVD in Pueblo, and they call themselves the Iron Men.

Not to be overlooked, Eloise hosts a similar group for ladies, known as the Iron Ladies. They meet at the same time at the Dagel home, 2216 West ST, in Pueblo.
